Special Cables
Special Cables
Special silicon compounds are used as insulation to resist high temperatures in these cables. These are flexible cables with a small bending radius having flame retardant characteristics, low smoke emission, and circuit integrity for a minimum of 180 minutes.
Application: Glass or iron or steel or ceramic industries, burners, high and low-temperature environments, heating and lighting systems.
Halogen Free, Mud and Fire-resistant Instrumentation Cables 250V:
These low voltage paired cables are flame retardant halogen-free and mud resistant thermoset compound SHF2, as per NEK 606.
Application: Fixed installation for instrumentation, communication, control, alarm, emergency, and critical systems in both ex zones and safe areas.
Halogen Free, Mud and Fire-resistant Power & Control Cables 0.6/1 kV:
These cables are flame retardant halogen-free and mud resistant thermoset compound SHF2, as per NEK 606.
Application: Fixed installation for power, control, and lighting in both ex zones and safe areas, as well as in emergency and critical systems.
These instrumentation cables are used in many projects such as pipelines power plants, natural gas plants, power stations, petrochem facilities, cement factories, steel factories, and gas pump stations.
Multipair polyethylene insulated BS 5308 unarmored and armored instrumentation cables are generally suitable for indoor use and for burial underground. These are also intrinsically safe cables mainly used for data processing and process control. The electro-static screen protects against outdoor interference fields. Suitable for fixed installations in dump locations, in open spaces, on racks, trays, in conduits, and for direct burial.
These solar cables are intended for use in photovoltaic power supply systems both indoors and outdoors in industrial and agricultural fields. They are suitable for application in equipment with protective insulation, in explosion hazard areas and may be installed as fixed or freely suspended or free movable. Applicable for installation in cable trays, conduits, on and in walls as well as for direct burial. The cable is designed to operate at a normal maximum conductor temperature of 90°C but for a maximum of 20,000 hours. Conductor temperature of 120°C at a max. ambient temperature of 90°C, is permitted. Made of finely stranded tinned copper wires, Class 5 conductors, halogen Free and UV- resistant suitable for indoor and outdoor applications.
